What kind of Leader do you want to be?

In March, 2024  our work in the 'Dare to Lead' Program wrapped up in a powerful moment thanks to Diane Lloyd, an exceptional facilitator and coach. Diane left us with a striking question that continued to echo in my thoughts: "What Kind of Leader Do You Want to Be?"

This question urged me to continue to explore and embrace the kind of leader I am —one who doesn't shy away from vulnerability. It's about being authentic, showing up without fear, and embracing the courage to be seen for who I am.

In working with clients, we delve deep into the essence of leadership, starting with the core values and beliefs that underpin everything we do. We emphasize the importance of showing up with kindness and courage, not shying away from the tough conversations necessary for true growth and a shared sense of purpose.

This approach doesn't just apply in isolation; it's a universal principle that resonates across various contexts, fostering trust, open communication, and a deep commitment to collective humanity and growth.
